She had helped them find the home that they are in now, which is a very nice newer three bedroom house just outside of city limits in the Conway area. I knew that if she could help them find such a nice place that she would also help me find something even though it would be a more humble abode. She was very diligent and met with us at different times on the weekend when it was convenient for us. She sent lots of information on different properties that might be of interest to me. I finally found one with her help just outside of North Little Rock, and now enjoy my two bedroom, two bath home. My husband and I recently worked with Andrea to find our new home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! We were relocating from out of state, and initially viewed houses virtually. Andrea was thorough in her walkthroughs with us, pointing out things that were difficult to decipher over a video call. She was responsive and set up appointments both virtually and in person quickly--even in inclement weather.
Once we found a place and put in an offer, she demonstrated her wide-ranging knowledge and her willingness to be a strong advocate for us. The sale became complicated due to numerous factors, but Andrea was with us every step of the way, often going above and beyond to protect our interests both before we were in town and once we moved to the area and were in temporary housing. After our first closing date was pushed back due to frozen pipes and damage, she worked closely with the selling agent to navigate the repair process. And, when the contractors hired by the insurance company were unable to mobilize quickly, Andrea was able to tap into her deep network to find contractors to take on the project. She kept us informed every step of the way and provided leadership to the team of agents, contractors, lenders, and the title company to make sure we were able to meet our rescheduled closing date.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Andrea, she was professional, extremely knowledgeable, very communicative, and a joy to work with (even when things were difficult with the process). We recommend her wholeheartedly!
